TORONTO-DANFORTH - Craig Scott went on a country-wide tour on electoral reform with Elizabeth May and Stéphane Dion in 2013 when he was Toronto-Danforth's NDP MP. He's an electoral reform expert who served as the Official Opposition Critic for Democratic and Parliamentary Reform and has written extensively on the subject.
