From the bottom of my heart, thank you Toronto-Danforth.
Your support and encouragement over the last month uplifted and propelled us forward. And I'm absolutely honoured by the clear vote of confidence you gave us yesterday. My sincerest gratitude Toronto-Danforth for once again trusting in me to be your voice at Queen's Park.
To all our volunteers - we couldn't have won without you. Thursday's impressive results are a direct testament to your hard work and commitment. Thank you all.
I'm also grateful for all of you who donated, took a sign, talked to loved ones about our campaign or just expressed your support and encouragement at the door, on the street or through social media. You ensured we had the resources and momentum to get our message out across the riding and win.
Now that the campaign is over, we're going to recharge and continue our work fighting for Toronto-Danforth.
